We have used ARCO training to deliver 360 Compactor training to our operatives in House Reuse & Recycling Centres in London. ARCO is our Corporate approved contractor and work nationwide for all our contracts.

They have been chosen for the flexibility, the range of courses they can provide and their expertise.

Although I was told by our Campus centrally to use ARCO, I was able to organise and manage our training locally with a very bespoke approach.

Both the trainer on site each day and the administration/ support team in the background shown high level of professionalism, were extremely helpful and reliably responsive to all enquiries and multiple changes we had to make in location, attendees, equipment, even at last minute.

The trainer and management of ARCO constantly went over the expectations to make sure the training received by our operatives was to the best match possible with the daily operations the staff were going to have to perform back on the ground, as opposed to being in a training environment.



Almost on a daily basis we had feedback on how the trainees were taking in the content and their abilities to carry on with the course, especially as the course was very closely linked to Health & Safety matters, for the operative him/herself, but also for colleagues and members of the public using the sites.

ARCO has been a real support in this training coordination, professional but very down to earth, adaptable, honest and reliable.

From the experience I have had as local training coordinator during this contract mobilisation in London, I would fully recommend ARCO.
